Amanda is absolutely wonderful. She’s kind, understanding, brings a calm presence, and of course will absolutely love your animal. Our cat Minnie is a nervous girl, but she was so comfortable with Amanda. She went out of her way to help us, including meeting us at a completely different airport that we landed at, just so we could make everything work. Amanda is the most creative, competent, and calming person you could wish for to handle the confusing process of transporting your animal companion overseas. She took on the transport of our beloved cat from Florida to Watamu Kenya and worked with our Veterinarian to obtain the necessary paperwork! She was able to provide a safe passage for our guy and held my hand throughout the entire process. It’s an act of faith to send a beloved off on a plane with a stranger, but by the time she walked out the door with our Guy, she was no longer a stranger but a trusted partner. When my father-in-law passed away unexpectedly, and his pup was left behind, we were desperate to get him from California to us in Virginia. After emailing Amanda, she responded quickly and was eager to help us. She was flexible and communicated every day of his journey, sending messages and pictures.
